- จัดทำรูปแบบ ,เขียนแบบ, ถอดรายการวัสดุ เปรียบเทียบราคาของงานก่อสร้าง ซ่อมแซม บำรุงรักษา ปรับปรุงแก้ไข อาคารสถานที่ เพื่อเตรียมข้อมูลประกอบการขออนุมัติจัดจ้าง
- ตรวจสอบหน้างาน ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแบบของงานก่อสร้างและถูกต้องตามหลักวิศวกรรม
